Product Description

1.This is a classically designed horizontal sand mill, which meets the needs of industrialized continuous production. The machine adopts special wear-resistant materials, has a long service life, has strong adaptability to the viscosity of materials, is easy to start, and has a low energy consumption ratio.
2.High grinding efficiency, explosion-proof controller components can be selected to meet reliable explosion-proof requirements, over-temperature and over-pressure protection, and various feed pumps can be selected for different material process production requirements (such as pneumatic diaphragm pumps, etc.).
3.Suitable for low to medium viscosity, micron-level refinement.
Remarks: Based on the design of the grinding system, this series of sand mills cannot meet the needs of nano-scale production.
4.High-efficiency separation system, no sticking or breaking of beads, smoother and faster discharge, high energy density output, smaller grinding fineness, and narrower distribution with excellent cylinder diameter ratio.
5.Rotor material: high wear-resistant steel / ceramic zirconia / polyurethane and other materials

7.Sealing method: double mechanical seal, special for sand mill
8.Grid specification: Large area tubular grid, optional gap 0.05/0.1/0.3/0.5mm
9.Instrument: electric contact pressure gauge and electric contact temperature (with temperature protection, can automatically stop).
10.Feed pump: air operated diaphragm pump, screw pump or gear pump
11.Grinding medium: zirconium content ≥ 80% zirconia beads, the diameter of the grinding medium used is 0.6mm-2.0mm
12.Electronic control system: optional explosion-proof/non-explosion-proof configuration, with on-site operation panel (touch screen/frequency conversion stepless speed regulation optional)
PSM-D series horizontal sand mill adopts disc dispersion grinding technology, especially suitable for medium and low viscosity materials such as ordinary liquid ink, carbon black, industrial paint, automotive paint, latex paint, titanium dioxide, etc.
It has the following characteristics:
1. The jacketed spiral water channel is used for single-layer cooling to reduce cost consumption;
2. The slot-type dynamic separator has self-cleaning ability, is not easy to be blocked, and has a long service life;
3. The diameter of the grinding medium can be selected from 0.6 - 2.5mm according to the actual application;
4. The grinding chamber and dispersing disc can be made of polyurethane, zirconia or other composite materials according to the user, so as to realize the production without metal pollution.
5. The general grinding fineness is about 5 microns.
6. Over-temperature and over-pressure safety interlock. Protect the motor.
