Features

The life time of JPT 100W MOPA fiber laser is more than 100,000 hours, if each year working 365 days, each day working 24 hours, then the life time is more than 10 years, are the real maintenance free, saving the later period maintenance cost.
2. With Famous SINO-GALVO 2206 serious galvanometer & High quality quartz stone material scanning lens, machine has good facula mode, more thin single line, suitable for hyperfine processing, high system integration, less malfunction, are the real suitable for industrial processing area.

DLC EzCad controller(software EZCAD3), supports 2.5D & rotary axis marking, can do 2D deep engraving, 3D intaglip relief engrave, supports STL DXF 3D file mark, support different front mark: TrueType, JSF, DMF, Bar code,DataMatrix QR code, etc. it compatible with other software like Photoshop, AUTOCAD, Coreldraw,users can use these softwares to make design then import the file to EZCAD to mark.
4. Vertical lift tith auto lifting motor to control the up down of scan head, so it can use to do 2.5D mark.

Applications
2.5D fiber laser marking machine with EZCAD3 software, which have all the function of EZCAD2, can mark on flat surface of all metal material and part nonmetal material. It mainly use for mark on tools, metal parts, jewelry, firearms and industry polymers. Many users buy it as animal ear tag laser marking machine, jewelry laser marking machine, led bulb laser marking machine, etc. 50W or above power fiber laser marking machine can have some cutting ability by mark many times, it suit for do some cut work of thin metal sheet like silver, aluminum, brass, gold 1mm thickness.

2.5D Fiber laser marking machine with EZCAD3 software can do 3D engrave on metal like relief engrave, Intaglio engrave. It support import 3D file in STL, DXF format. This EZCAD3 2.5d fiber laser marking machine with electric up down scan head, can do quickly and permanently mark of text, picture, serial numbers, bar codes, QR code, for cylinder object, like ring, bracelet, bangles, stainless steel bottle, mugs, yeti cups. User can choose different rotary device according the size of objects he mark.

Some non-metallic materials: silicon wafer, ceramics, plastic, rubber, epoxy resin, PVC, PC, ABS, Coating film etc.
The 50W 100w model can do some cutting work of thin metal like 0.5mm silver, 0.8mm silver or gold.
