This series of pipe facing machine is used to flatten and bevel the end of pipes or tubes, by which, the end shall be free of burr and the section shall be perpendicular to the axis of the pipes. After facing and beveling, the stainless steel pipes can be directly used for highly-precise tube-to-tube welding.
This pipe facing machine is suitable for beverage factory, dairy products plant, water treatment industry, food industry, etc.

1. Used for facing and beveling of metal pipes, such as stainless steel, nickel, carbon steel, chrome, colomony, aluminium pipes.
2. Wide range of clamps OD mounting saddles available, to avoid tube distortion
3. Four models available to work on tubes from 0.125"to 4.5"
4. High quality clamps made from stainless steel rather than aluminium
5. Able to conduct facing and beveling on tubes the with the wall thickness of up to 10 mm
6. Powerful 120/220 V metabo electric motor
7. Micro feed system
8. A full range of beveling and squaring bits are available.
