The working principle of the double cone mixer is to drive the mixing tank to rotate through the motor and the reducer through the gear transmission, and add the prepared various powders into the mixer tank. The rotation of the tank makes the materials repeatedly aggregate and separate by gravity and centrifugal force, so as to achieve the effect of uniform mixing. The mixed materials are discharged from the discharge port by their own weight.

Equipment composition
The double cone mixer is mainly composed of the following parts:
Tank: A container made of steel plate, with a short cylinder set between two cones, which is convenient for discharging and is designed to be 90° or 75°. The inlet and outlet are equipped with pneumatic valves or electric butterfly valves.
Drive device: It is composed of an electric motor, a reducer and a transmission gear. The number of revolutions of the motor can be adjusted within a certain range, and the operation process can be automatically controlled.
Slip ring box: A device for power distribution, from which the power lines of the electrical equipment attached to the rotating tank are input.
Support stand: A metal structure frame used to support the tank and transmission device.
