Product Description The Ultra Shot 120 Series Cryogenic Deflashing/Deburring Machine is an advanced and efficient system designed to meet the demands of large quantity production. The durable φ350 aluminum alloy shot blaster ensures consistent high performance and reliable operation. The Ultra Shot® 120 Series Cryogenic deflashing/deburring machine is an exceptional deflashing & deburring solution for products made of rubber, silicone, peek, plastic, die-casting & injection moulded, magnesium, zinc, aluminium alloy.
Efficiency
Taking automotive rubber gasket as example, an NS-120 series cryogenic deflashing/deburring machine is able to process about 90kg of products per hour, and about 1.5kg per hour can be processed manually.
