GKLF28 series Vertical CNC internal and external compound grinding machine

1. This machine tool is a four axis two linkage (X, Z axis) vertical CNC internal and external cylindrical compound grinder, which adopts the Siemens 828D CNC system, Once clamping can grind the inner round hole, inner step hole, outer circle and outer end face of the work piece. lncluding automatic feeding, rough grinding and fine grinding; the grinding wheel feed, retreat, grinding wheel dressing and compensation are automatically completed. 2. The guide rail adopts roller linear steel guide rail: The screw rod adopts high-precision ball screw rod.The guideway and ball screw of the machine tool are automatically lubricated by the lubrication station, lt is also protected by a sealed enclosure. 3. The work piece spindle adopts static spindle. The work piece is clamped with chuck or electromagnetic chuck and other fixtures can be configured according to the particularity of the user's parts.
