Working principle and operation process:
The working principle of the automatic folding and sealing machine is driven by two side belts to fold the four bendable panels formed on the bottom of the cardboard box and place the items inside. Subsequently, the cardboard boxes are transported to the upper folding device of the sealing machine, which automatically completes the folding and sealing actions. The specific operation process includes: after the product is packed, it is sent to the sealing machine through the conveyor chain, and the box clamping belt clamps the two sides of the cardboard box. The front short tongue and rear short tongue are automatically bent by the tongue pressing frame and the tongue punching frame respectively, and the long tongue is automatically bent and pressed towards the middle through the guide rod, finally completing the sealing and shaping action.
